RST's minimum rental period is one day. For events running more than 3 days, we offer discounted weekly rates. LED vehicle display hire is typically booked per day, with multi-day campaign rates available.
How much lead time is needed to book an LED screen for an event?
We recommend booking at least 3–7 days in advance for standard bookings. For large events (20m+ screens, multiple screens, or LED vehicle displays), 10–14 days notice is preferred to ensure inventory and crew availability. Emergency same-day bookings are possible for small setups.
Do you provide a technician/operator with the LED screen rental?
Yes. All RST event LED rentals include a qualified technician for setup and teardown. For longer events or events needing live content switching, a dedicated on-site operator is available at an additional daily rate.
