Quality Management System
RST Innovations is certified to ISO 9001:2015 — the international standard for quality management systems. CE Conformity Marking
EMC & Low Voltage Directive
All RST LED display products carry CE marking, certifying conformance with the EU's Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (2014/30/EU) and Low Voltage Directive (2014/35/EU). CE marking confirms that RST displays do not generate harmful electromagnetic interference and meet European electrical safety standards.

IEC 60529 Ingress Protection
RST outdoor LED display cabinets are independently tested and rated to IEC 60529 IP65 (front face: complete dust protection + water jet resistance) and IP54 (rear enclosure: dust protection + splash resistance). Critical for deployment in Kerala's monsoon climate, coastal environments, and high-humidity industrial locations.

What Certification Means in Practice
Our certifications are not plaques on a wall — they reflect documented processes enforced at every production stage.
Incoming Material QC
Every LED module batch is tested for colour temperature binning, brightness uniformity, and forward voltage before entering production.
In-Process Inspection
Inline QC checks at PCB assembly, cabinet fabrication, and module integration stages. Non-conformances are logged and tracked to closure.
24-Hour Burn-In Test
Every completed display unit runs at full brightness for a minimum of 24 hours. Dead pixels, driver failures, and power anomalies are caught before dispatch.
Calibration & Uniformity
Brightness and colour uniformity are measured across the full display area. Out-of-tolerance units are adjusted or rejected before QC sign-off.
Dispatch Certification
Each unit leaves with a QC pass certificate, serial number traceability sheet, burn-in log, and warranty registration document.
Post-Install Verification
Our installation teams complete a commissioning checklist and hand over a signed installation certificate with the system documentation.
