Building India's Most Accountable LED Display Company, One Installation at a Time
When we established RST Innovations in Kollam in 2007, the LED display industry in India was dominated by imported products with no local manufacturing accountability. Clients faced long lead times, inconsistent quality, and after-sales support that evaporated after the installation cheque was cashed. We set out to change that from the ground up.
Our founding principle was straightforward: build every display to a quality standard we are willing to stand behind permanently. That principle has guided every decision we have made over the past 18 years — from the design of our manufacturing facility in the Sidco Industrial Estate to the service-level agreements we offer our enterprise clients today.

Vertical integration was not the obvious choice in 2007. It required significant capital, deep engineering expertise, and a long-term view that most of our early competitors were unwilling to take. We made that investment because we understood something fundamental: you cannot credibly guarantee what you did not build. Every LED module, every cabinet, every control system that leaves our Kollam facility has been assembled, calibrated, and validated by our own engineers — not a subcontractor working to someone else's specification.
The result is a company that can look its clients in the eye and accept accountability for every pixel on every display it has ever installed. With over 5,000 installations across corporate campuses, retail networks, hospitality groups, and public-sector buildings across India, that accountability is not a marketing claim — it is a track record that our clients can verify installation by installation.
We have also built a team of more than 30 technical specialists who understand that a display is not delivered when it is switched on — it is delivered when it performs reliably in the client's environment, under their operational conditions, over the full lifetime of the system. Our post-installation SLAs and preventive maintenance programmes reflect that understanding.
As we look ahead, our focus remains on two things: deepening the quality of what we manufacture and extending the reach of who we serve. India's commercial signage market is growing rapidly, and the standards that serious clients demand are rising in step. We intend to remain the benchmark against which those standards are measured.
